1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "777app" refers to the online gaming platform accessible at 777app.ws, operated under an international gaming license.
• "Player" / "You" means any individual who registers an account and uses the 777app platform.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Player following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Balance" means the real-money PKR funds held in a Player's Account, excluding bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by 777app subject to wagering requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be bet before associated winnings become withdrawable.
• "Services" means all gaming, betting, account management, and support services offered through 777app.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the exclusive operating currency of the 777app platform.
• "Terms" means these Terms and Conditions as amended from time to time.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777app website, creating an Account, or using any of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with 777app's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the 777app platform. Your continued use of the platform following any published amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

3 Eligibility

To register and use 777app, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 777app strictly enforces the 21+ minimum age requirement and employs mandatory age verification procedures.
2. You must be a natural person acting in your own name and on your own behalf. Corporate entities may not register player accounts.
3. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by 777app or any gaming regulatory authority under which you are required to be excluded.
4. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of 777app is lawful in your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 777app or any of its affiliated game providers or payment partners.

4 Account Registration

To access the real-money Services offered by 777app, you must complete the registration process and have your account verified. The following conditions apply:

4.1 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one Account — whether under the same name, identity, device, household, IP address, or payment method — is a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 777app may close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonus claims, and withhold balances pending investigation.

4.2 Accuracy of Information

You must provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and must update your details promptly if they change. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including regarding your age, identity, or payment method ownership — is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

4.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As a condition of withdrawing funds and in compliance with its anti-money laundering obligations, 777app requires Players to complete KYC verification. This involves providing a valid government-issued photo identification document and, where required, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership. 777app may request KYC documents at any stage of the account lifecycle.

4.4 Account Approval

777app reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons for that decision.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. The following obligations and conditions apply to Account security:

• You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any other person.
• You must not permit any other person to access or use your Account, whether for gaming, deposits, withdrawals, or any other purpose.
• You must notify 777app immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account or if your login credentials have been compromised. Contact support via live chat or at [email protected].
• 777app will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account where that access resulted from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.
• 777app recommends that all Players enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) for their accounts. This option is available in the security settings of your account dashboard.

6 Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on the 777app platform are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following terms govern deposits:

6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

777app accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 200. No maximum deposit limit applies at the platform level, though individual payment method limits may apply.

6.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon successful confirmation from the payment processor. 777app does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

6.3 Payment Method Ownership

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Use of third-party payment methods — including accounts belonging to family members, friends, or business associates — is strictly prohibited. Transactions originating from third-party payment sources may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

6.4 Currency

All balances, bets, bonuses, and transactions are denominated exclusively in PKR. 777app does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion.

7 Withdrawals

The following terms govern the withdrawal of funds from your 777app Account:

7.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

7.2 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with 777app's anti-money laundering and payment integrity obligations. Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 30 minutes of approval. HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers are subject to standard interbank processing timelines.

7.3 KYC Requirement

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until satisfactory KYC verification has been completed on your Account. 777app may request additional documentation before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.

7.4 Withdrawal of Bonus-Linked Funds

Funds attributable to bonus awards may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. The wagering progress for each active bonus is visible in your account dashboard.

7.5 Right to Withhold

777app reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing where fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms is suspected. In such cases, 777app will notify the Player and may request additional verification documentation.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

777app offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published with each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed account registration and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each promotion specifies its own wagering requirement. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for deposit match bonuses is 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds are used before real-money Balance in all gaming and betting activity unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.
• Winnings generated from bonus funds while wagering requirements remain outstanding are classified as Bonus Funds until the requirement is met.
• 777app reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time. Wagering requirements already in progress will not be retroactively increased.
• Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or exploitation of promotional mechanics — will result in bonus cancellation, voiding of associated winnings, and may result in Account suspension.
• Players who have elected to self-exclude or applied deposit limits that prevent them from meeting bonus conditions will have those bonuses cancelled.

9 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the 777app platform:

9.1 Game Integrity

All games offered through 777app use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology audited by an independent testing laboratory. The outcome of each game round is independently random and cannot be predicted or influenced by 777app or the Player.

9.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stakes for each game or market are displayed within the game interface or betting market prior to placing a wager. These limits may vary by game, market, and player account tier.

9.3 Bet Confirmation

A bet is confirmed only when you receive an explicit confirmation from the 777app system and a corresponding deduction is reflected in your Account Balance. In the event of a technical failure prior to confirmation, the bet will be voided and the staked amount returned.

9.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a software or system error that results in a game displaying incorrect odds, stakes, or outcomes, 777app reserves the right to void the affected rounds and return stakes. Winnings arising from a demonstrable system error are not payable.

9.5 Sports Betting Rules

Cricket and other sports betting markets at 777app are governed by the individual market rules displayed within each market. Where a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or otherwise does not complete under the conditions specified in the market rules, 777app's standard settlement procedure will apply as published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777app platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform in a manner that gives an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players in poker, table games, or any other multi-player format to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to generate winnings beyond those arising from normal gameplay.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the platform to convert funds of illicit origin.
• Opening multiple Accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent restrictions applied to an existing Account.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other obfuscation technology to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity, age, or payment documentation during registration or KYC verification.
• Engaging in any betting pattern or strategy specifically designed to exploit bonus terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming intent.

11 Responsible Gaming

777app is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. The following tools are available to all Players via the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 7-day cooling period when increased.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours to 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from the platform. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the duration selected and 777app will not market to self-excluded Players.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen notifications reminding you of your session duration and net wagering position.

12 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777app platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 777app or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, or distributing any platform content without prior written consent from 777app.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract source code from any part of the platform.
• Using 777app's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner not expressly authorised in writing by 777app.

13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 777app's total liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777app shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising from:

• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical failure, or force majeure events.
• Errors in game outcomes arising from certified RNG operation within expected statistical variance.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including responsible gaming self-imposed limits.
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures outside 777app's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to a Player's Account resulting from inadequate credential security on the Player's part.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 777app's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

14 Dispute Resolution

14.1 Internal Complaints Process

In the event of a dispute regarding your Account, a bet settlement, a withdrawal, or any other platform matter, you must first contact 777app's customer support team. Submit your complaint via live chat or in writing to [email protected] with full details of the dispute, your account information, and any supporting documentation. 777app will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within 5 business days.

14.2 Escalation

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the dispute resolution body designated under 777app's international gaming license. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided in the internal complaints response where the matter remains unresolved.

14.3 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777app holds its international gaming license. Any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction, to the extent not superseded by the dispute resolution procedures above.

15 Amendments to These Terms

777app reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, 777app will notify active Players via a notice displayed upon login or by email to the address registered on the Account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the amended Terms take effect.

Continued use of the 777app platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes the Player's acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment's effective date. Your Account Balance will be processed for withdrawal upon closure.

16 Termination & Account Closure

16.1 Closure by Player

You may close your Account at any time by contacting 777app support. Upon closure, any withdrawable Balance will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeline, subject to KYC verification being complete.

16.2 Closure by 777app

777app may suspend or permanently close your Account with immediate effect where:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• 777app has reason to believe you are engaged in fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• You have provided false information during registration or KYC.
• You do not meet or no longer meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Regulatory, legal, or licensing obligations require 777app to do so.

Where an Account is closed by 777app due to a breach, any Balance may be withheld pending investigation. If no breach is substantiated following investigation, the Balance will be returned to the registered payment method.

17 General Provisions

17.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and 777app with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

17.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

17.3 Waiver

777app's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.

17.4 Language

These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version, the English version shall prevail.
